My brother, William and his fiancé were pronounced Man and wife this afternoon! It was a beautiful ceremony and they make a beautiful couple. I made the flower girl dresses, and my sister, Sarah took the pictures as her wedding gift to them. I will post pictures of the gift I made later. Here are a few of the pictures Sarah took. She took 639!!
William is in the middle
Bessie, her bridesmaids, and the flower girls, my sisters, Felicity and Rebecca
And finally, one of many of them kissing. They were not shy about it :)
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. Genesis 2:24
My grandma made this for Ma years ago. There are actually two, but I don’t know where the larger one is and this was a good size, so I decided to make one like it. Ma’s is on the right, the one I made is on the left.
I’m nearly done posting the Christmas presents and then I can start with more recent projects.
I made Ma an apron (no pics) and I knitted her slippers
I made laura a tam and scarf using this pattern (linked from this project page)
I’m getting these out really slow :) I think it’s taking longer to post these than it took to make them :) oh well.
I made a camera bag for Sarah because she just recently got a nice camera. Pattern here
